 Admissions Assistant
The Admissions Assistant is responsible for collecting information and funds in securing admissions and bedholds.  Assists with administering and processing all daily information for the facility census.  Responsible for networking, advertising and developing targets for future referral source for census development.  Conduct tours of the facility and provides excellent customer service. 

College degree preferred and/or three years of experience in health care.  Must have excellent listening skills, verbal and written communication skills, and be a team player.

Nursing Supervisor, Evening Shift
Must be knowledgeable of, and assures compliance with, federal and state regulations, company and facility policies and procedures including dress code, conduct, and performance standards. Ability to supervise licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel. Responsible for checking the schedule each day to ensure adequate staffing levels are obtained. Assigns and delegates staff responsibilities for nursing care. Observe and assess residents on a daily basis. Will report any significant change of resident’s condition to the physician. Responsible for making rounds with physicians, provide pertinent information regarding the residents care/condition and follows through with the physicians orders. Ability to address complaints and follow up and keep administrative nursing staff informed.

Licensed in good standing by the Virginia Department of Health Professions to practice as a Nurse, with current CPR certification. Prefer previous management or supervisory experience. Excellent clinical

LPN FT Night Shift, FT Evening Shift, PT Day Shift
Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions. Prefer at least two years of experience as a LPN and should demonstrate excellent clinical, customer service and leadership skills.

CNA  FT day shift, Weekends
Care for and help residents with all daily living requirements.  Prefer high school diploma or equivalent, Certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with Virginia Department of Health Professions.
