Who is a Service Excellence Mentor? A role model with a positive attitude who assists, motivates, and guides SEA’s.

Tom was nominated by his Administrator and Service Excellence Council because we think he is not only an exceptional individual and outstanding Ambassador, but a team member that exhibits the true meaning of Service Excellence in action. He looks at each day as an opportunity to serve his patients, residents, family members and co-workers with excellence in hospitality and service. Some of his attributes are:
