For months, we’ve shared about the role of the COVID-19 vaccine and returning to normal activities. Click to read the update for April 30th.

As of April 23rd, statistics show that cases among nursing home patients have declined by 89% and by 83% among nursing home staff.

We are excited that our staff have been willing to become vaccinated for COVID-19 to promote patient safety in the Center. We continue to promote and encourage staff and patient vaccination and hope this is encouraging to you.

At Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center, the safety and health of our patients is our first priority. As we continue to focus our efforts on protecting our residents and your loved ones from COVID-19, we are committed to keeping you informed of updates as we become aware.
