Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that one staff member and five patients have tested positive for COVID-19. The staff member will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria are met.

We will be conducting outbreak testing for all patients and staff every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive result. Indoor visitation is temporarily suspended with the exception of compassionate care visits.
