Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that as a result of ongoing outbreak testing 2 additional patients and 1 additional staff member have tested positive for COVID-19.  The staff member will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met.

Visitation for the Fairview Unit remains temporarily suspended at this time.
