Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 2 additional patients and 2 staff members have tested positive for COVID-19. Both staff members will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met.

Visitation is temporarily suspended until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.
