Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 2 staff members have tested positive for COVID-19. Both individuals will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met. We are initiating outbreak testing and will report any additional positive results if identified. Visitation remains available for all patients.
