Q: How long have you been with GHRC?
A: I have been with Gainesville Health & Rehab Center for a year and a half.

Q: Why did you choose to be an Assistant Director of Nursing?
A: I chose to be ADON because I always want to be a caring and compassionate leader. I enjoy caring for and serving our residents and helping employees achieve their goals.

Q: What are 3 words your colleagues would use to describe your personality?
A: My co-workers would describe me as caring, inspirational, and a great listener.

Q: What do you like to do for fun?  What are some of your hobbies?
A: I like sports especially basketball and soccer. I enjoy touring places to see different natural creations and nature.

Q: What was the most difficult challenge you experienced throughout the past year regarding the COVID-19 pandemic? How did you overcome this challenge?
A: Getting others to understand that panic and fear could not solve the pandemic problem, but to do the right thing such as social distancing and being vaccinated.

Q: Did you get vaccinated for COVID-19? If yes, why?
A: Yes, because it is one of the right things (preventive measures) to do.
