Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share that a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination booster clinic will be held on November 3, 2021 at the Center.  Patients and/or the appropriate patient representative will be contacted in the coming days if a consent form still needs to be completed, as we prepare for the clinic.
