**COVID-19 Update**
October 5th, 2021

I hope your week is going well. I am pleased to report that the most recent COVID-19 outbreak has ended.

CDC County Community Transmission Level and Percent Positivity: High – decreased to 6.8%
Testing Frequency for Staff and Patients: Patients may be tested as needed based on symptoms, exposure, or during an outbreak. Staff members are tested twice weekly.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff have received education on appropriate PPE utilization.
